How many warehouses can I manage?
As many as you need. Each warehouse has its own stock and locations, and you can transfer goods between them at any time.
Can I organize each warehouse into locations or zones?
Yes. Within each warehouse you can create locations identified by code and type to know where each product is.
How do transfers between warehouses work?
You create a transfer specifying quantities and the source and destination warehouses; the system records the movement and updates the stock of both warehouses with full traceability.
What happens if the physical stock doesn't match the system?
You can make a stock adjustment stating the reason, or a full physical inventory of the warehouse, and the system reconciles the quantities while keeping a record of the change.
Do I get alerts if I run out of stock?
