E-invoicing & VeriFactu
VeriFactu is the set of Spanish Tax Agency requirements for invoicing software (Royal Decree 1007/2023). It will be mandatory for companies from 1 January 2027 and for freelancers and other obligated parties from 1 July 2027. It is a separate regime from the mandatory B2B e-invoice under the Crea y Crece Act, whose implementing regulation is still pending. Zynvio complies with VeriFactu from day one.
With VeriFactu, the invoicing software generates a record for each invoice with a chained fingerprint (hash) and a verifiable QR code, and can submit those records to the Spanish Tax Agency. Zynvio automates the whole process: you create the invoice and we take care of the record, the signature and regulatory compliance.
Non-compliance with VeriFactu can result in financial penalties from the Spanish Tax Agency. With Zynvio, each invoice is automatically verified before sending, guaranteeing compliance and avoiding issues with tax authorities.
An electronic invoice is a structured digital document that meets specific legal requirements and can be automatically processed by computer systems. A PDF is simply an image of the document. Zynvio's electronic invoices comply with the VeriFactu format required by the Spanish Tax Agency.
There are two separate timelines. VeriFactu (requirements for invoicing software): companies from 1 January 2027 and freelancers and other obligated parties from 1 July 2027. The mandatory B2B e-invoice between businesses (Crea y Crece Act) has no date yet: it depends on a pending regulation. Zynvio prepares you for both from now.
Yes, Zynvio allows you to create rectification invoices that comply with regulations. The system maintains complete traceability between the original invoice and the rectification.
Zynvio generates VeriFactu-compliant invoices (mandatory in Spain), Facturae 3.2.1, UBL 2.1 and PDF. We also export to formats compatible with major accounting software.
EDI & Integrations
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) automates the sending and receiving of business documents like invoices, orders, and delivery notes with suppliers and clients. It eliminates manual errors, saves time, and improves your business efficiency.
