VeriFactu & Compliance

VeriFactu is the electronic invoice verification system of the Spanish Tax Agency. It will be mandatory for freelancers and businesses from 2027. Zynvio automatically generates VeriFactu-compliant invoices, ensuring compliance from day one.

VeriFactu verifies each invoice in real-time with the Tax Agency before issuance. Zynvio fully automates this process: you create the invoice and we handle the verification, digital signature, and regulatory compliance.

Non-compliance with VeriFactu can result in financial penalties from the Spanish Tax Agency. With Zynvio, each invoice is automatically verified before sending, guaranteeing compliance and avoiding issues with tax authorities.

Large companies (revenue over 8M EUR) must comply from July 2026. Other businesses and freelancers will have until 2027. Zynvio prepares you for compliance from now.

E-Invoicing
