The AI that understands your chart of accounts
The usual problems
Searching the chart of accounts (PGC)
Deciding the right chart-of-accounts account on every line of every invoice.
Inconsistent criteria
Each person posts the same expense to a different account.
You need accounting know-how
Recording invoices correctly requires knowledge that not everyone has.
Corrections that keep repeating
Fixing the same account invoice after invoice, without the system taking it into account next time.
Fear of getting the account wrong
Doubts that slow down recording and complicate the close.
How Zynvio solves it
Suggests the accounting account
Proposes the chart of accounts (PGC) account (6xx group) for each expense or received-invoice line.
Validated against your chart of accounts
It picks only from your business's real accounts; it does not make up accounts.
Adapts to your history
Uses your history and each account you accept or change as context, business by business; it does not train models.
Explains every suggestion
It shows the proposed account with its rationale and confidence level so you can accept or reject it.
Fast and efficient
It uses your history when the pattern is clear and falls back to the model only when needed.
Connected to the OCR scanner
OCR extracts the data and the AI suggests the account: from photo to journal entry, without searching the chart of accounts (PGC).
Your data doesn't train models
Suggestions are not used to train AI models; data residency in the EU.
Auto-apply suggestions
Automatically posts high-confidence suggestions according to rules you define.
Accounting copilot
Ask your accounting in natural language and get instant answers.
Suggestions for treasury and journal entries
The AI also proposes how to post bank movements and journal entries.
AI-proposed rules
Based on your patterns, the AI proposes accounting rules that you approve.
Connect your tools via API
The AI works on your real data: the scanner extracts, your chart of accounts narrows the options and deterministic accounting builds the journal entry.
- It builds on the data the OCR scanner extracts from the invoice.
- It only suggests accounts that exist in your chart of accounts (PGC).
- The full journal entry (VAT, supplier, double-entry) is generated by the accounting engine, not the AI.
- Every acceptance or correction reinforces the suggestions for your business.
Automate your workflows
Fewer manual decisions on every invoice, with the final word always yours.
- Efficient cascade: history when there's a pattern, AI when needed.
- Adjusts per business using your history and corrections as context (without training models).
- Auto-apply high-confidence suggestions according to rules you define.
- A support tool, not professional advice: always review with a professional.

From photo to journal entry, without searching for accounts.
Frequently asked questions
Does it post invoices on its own?
Only if you enable it: by default the AI suggests the accounting account for each line and you approve or change it. You can enable auto-apply so it automatically posts high-confidence suggestions according to rules you define. It is a support tool, not professional advice; always review with a professional.
Can it make up an account?
No. The AI only picks from the accounts that exist in your chart of accounts (PGC), and the suggestion is validated against it before being shown.
Does it use my data to train the AI?
No. Your data is not used to train AI models. The system uses your history and your corrections as context only within your own business, not across clients.
Which AI provider does it use, and where?
The accounting classification uses OpenAI, with European data residency (and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable), declared as a sub-processor in our privacy policy. The prior OCR is done by Microsoft Azure in the EU.
Is there an accounting copilot or chat?
Yes: the accounting copilot lets you ask your accounting in natural language and get instant answers. The AI also suggests the accounting account for each line of your received invoices.
