VERI*FACTU responsible declaration of compliance
Conformity of the invoicing software system with Spanish anti-fraud regulations
Software producer
This invoicing software system is developed and maintained by:
System identification
The system operates exclusively in VERI*FACTU mode: it automatically and continuously submits all invoicing records to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT).
Declaration of conformity
PIXELARIS S.L., as the producer of the system, declares under its responsibility that ZYNVIO meets the requirements established in:
- Article 29.2.j) of Law 58/2003, General Tax Law (introduced by anti-fraud Law 11/2021). View in the BOE
- Royal Decree 1007/2023, approving the Regulation on the requirements of invoicing software systems (SIF). View in the BOE
- Order HAC/1177/2024, developing the technical, functional and content specifications. View in the BOE
System guarantees
Regarding the invoicing records, the system guarantees:
- Integrity and unalterability: once generated, no record can be modified or deleted without the system detecting it; corrections are made through new records that preserve the originals.
- Traceability: records are chained to one another, allowing the sequence to be verified from the first to the last.
- Conservation: records are kept throughout the tax limitation period.
- Accessibility and legibility: records remain accessible and interpretable throughout the conservation period.
- Event log: the system automatically records the relevant events in the lifecycle of each invoicing record.
How we meet the requirements
Technical implementation of the system:
- Invoice registration record: each invoice generates an invoicing registration record in XML format compliant with the AEAT schema (types F1, F2, R1–R5 and cancellations).
- Hash and chaining: each record incorporates a SHA-256 hash chained to the registered hash of the previous record, forming a verifiable and unalterable chain.
- Submission to the AEAT: records are submitted automatically, securely and continuously to the AEAT through electronic communication with a certificate.
- QR code and legend: each invoice includes a QR code compliant with the ISO/IEC 18004 standard and the legend “Invoice verifiable at the AEAT electronic office”.
- Electronic certificate: each company uses its own electronic certificate for signing and submission, with the password encrypted.
- Conservation and access: records are kept in the database throughout the limitation period, accessible and legible from the application itself, and are also kept by the AEAT as this is a VERI*FACTU system.
VERI*FACTU mode
By continuously submitting all records to the AEAT, the system relies on the presumption of compliance provided for VERI*FACTU systems. Consequently, it is exempt from the XAdES electronic signature and from the local hash-verification functions for the user, which are required only of non-verifiable systems.
Mandatory dates
- Corporations and other Corporate Income Tax payers: 1 January 2027.
- Remaining taxpayers (self-employed and others): 1 July 2027.
