- Facturae and UBL
- Freelancers and companies

Compliant invoicing, on autopilot
Zynvio operates exclusively in VERI*FACTU mode: every issue, correction or cancellation is recorded and sent to the AEAT, with a chained SHA-256 hash and a QR on the invoice. No plugins, no manual steps.
The challenge
Invoices with no traceability
Spreadsheets and loose PDFs don't meet the regulation.
The deadlines are closing in
Companies from January 2027 and freelancers from July 2027.
Manual records
Keeping the records by hand is unworkable and error-prone.
No hash, no QR
Legacy software neither chains records nor generates the mandatory QR.
Risk of penalties
Using non-compliant software exposes your business to fines.
Last-minute migrations
Switching systems against the clock is costly and stressful.
The solution
Native VERI*FACTU mode
Automatic, continuous submission of every record to the Spanish Tax Agency.
Chained hash
Every record is signed and chained with SHA-256, guaranteeing it can't be altered.
A QR on every invoice
A compliant QR code (ISO/IEC 18004) with the official AEAT wording.
Facturae and UBL
Export to Facturae 3.2.1 and UBL 2.1 (EN 16931), with XAdES/PAdES signatures.
Freelancers and companies
F1/F2 issues, R1–R5 corrections and cancellations, for any legal structure.
Event log
Trace, retain and keep the full history accessible in the event of an audit.

Frequently asked questions
What is VeriFactu?
It's the AEAT framework that requires invoicing software to record and — in VERI*FACTU mode — automatically send every invoice to the tax authority, with a chained hash and QR, to guarantee its integrity. It's governed by RD 1007/2023 and Orden HAC/1177/2024.
When does it become mandatory?
Under the regulation, companies must comply from 1 January 2027 and freelancers and other obligated parties from 1 July 2027. Moving early spares you a migration up against the deadline.
Is Zynvio already VeriFactu-compliant?
Yes. Zynvio operates exclusively in VERI*FACTU mode: it records and sends every issue, correction and cancellation to the AEAT, with a chained SHA-256 hash and a compliant QR on the invoice.
Does it generate the mandatory QR and record?
Yes. Every invoice includes the QR code (ISO/IEC 18004) with the official AEAT wording, and both the invoicing record and the event log are retained.
Does it work for freelancers and companies?
Yes, for any legal structure. It issues F1/F2 invoices, R1–R5 corrections and cancellations, and adapts to a sole trader just as well as a group with several companies.
Do I have to install anything?
No. Zynvio is 100% web-based: you create your account, start free and invoice from your browser. VERI*FACTU compliance is built in, with no plugins or configuration.
