Is it really free forever?+
Yes. The Free plan never expires and asks for no card. It includes VERI*FACTU-compliant invoicing, expenses and clients within the limits shown on the plan card. You pay only if you need more volume or advanced modules, and you can cancel anytime.
Do you charge per user?+
No. Zynvio never charges for an additional user. Every paid plan includes unlimited users with roles and permissions per module; the Free plan includes the users shown on its card. Your accountant logs in with their own access.
Am I VERI*FACTU compliant with Zynvio?+
Yes. Every invoice generates a record with a chained hash and QR code as required by Spanish Royal Decree 1007/2023, and Zynvio submits it to the Spanish tax agency (AEAT). Our VERI*FACTU responsible declaration is published on the site.
What is the MCP connection and what can I do with it?+
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor read your Zynvio data and, if you allow it, act on it: ask for overdue invoices, work out the quarter's VAT or prepare payment reminders. You control which permissions you grant and can revoke them at any time.
Can I bring my data from another program?+
Yes. Import clients, products, invoices and expenses from Excel or CSV, and connect Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Stripe or PayPal so sales flow in by themselves.
Where is my data stored?+
On servers inside the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest, with each company's data isolated and in compliance with the GDPR and Spanish data-protection law (LOPDGDD).
