What exactly gets logged?
Every creation, edit or deletion in any module, with the user who did it, the date and time, and the document or record affected.
Is it the same as VERI*FACTU?
No. VERI*FACTU is the system for recording and chaining invoices for the AEAT; Zynvio's audit is the activity log of the whole platform (invoicing, accounting, HR, inventory…), also useful for regulatory compliance but with a broader scope.
Can the history be edited or deleted?
No. The audit log is immutable: once created, it cannot be modified or removed.
Can I search for a specific change?
Yes. You can filter the history by user, module, date or action type to find a specific change.
Can I export the record for an external auditor?
