Zynvio provides e-invoicing, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) services designed for businesses operating in Spain and other European countries.

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You may not share your account credentials with third parties

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to transmit malicious code

5. VeriFactu Compliance

Our service is designed to help you comply with VeriFactu requirements. However, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your invoices meet all applicable legal requirements.

6. Fees and Payment

  • Free tier: Limited features at no cost
  • Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually as specified
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Zynvio are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zynvio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
